Connect or disconnect at any time. Disconnecting revokes Stapilo's access and stops all further data collection from Zoom.

How it works

  1. Connect your Zoom account. In your Stapilo workspace, open Apps → Zoom and click Connect Zoom. You approve the Zoom consent screen once.
  2. Create an event. Choose a meeting or a webinar, set the title, schedule and duration. Stapilo creates it on your Zoom account.
  3. Publish the registration page. Each event comes with a ready-made page you can edit and publish in a click.
  4. Share the link. People register, receive their personal join link by email, and appear in your contact list.
  5. Review afterwards. See attendance, follow up with no-shows, and offer the recording as a replay.

Requirements

A Stapilo workspace and a Zoom account. Meetings work on most Zoom plans; webinars require the Zoom Webinar add-on, and recording replay requires Zoom Cloud Recording. Stapilo shows you which of these your plan supports as soon as you connect.
