At Stapilo, we respect your right to control your personal data. If you would like to request the deletion of your data from our platform, please follow the instructions below.
How to Request Data Deletion
Send an email to: [email protected]
Subject: Data Deletion Request
Include the following information:
- Your full name
- Email address associated with your account
- The Facebook or Instagram account linked (if applicable)
What Happens Next
- We will verify your identity to protect your account.
- Your request will be processed within 30 days.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.
What Data Will Be Deleted
- Your account profile information (name, email, phone)
- Messages and support ticket history
- Social media connection data (Facebook/Instagram page tokens and profile links)
- Activity logs and usage data
What We May Retain
We may retain certain data as required by law, including:
- Transaction records for tax and accounting purposes
- Data necessary to comply with legal obligations
- Anonymized, aggregated data that cannot identify you
Facebook/Instagram App Disconnection
If you connected your Facebook or Instagram pages through Stapilo and want to revoke access:
- Go to your Facebook Settings → Security and Login → Apps and Websites
- Find "StapiloTenant" and click "Remove"
- This immediately revokes our access to your pages and messaging data
