Welcome to Stapilo. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Stapilo platform, available at stapilo.com and related domains (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

By accessing or using Stapilo, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Stapilo is a software-as-a-service platform that helps businesses manage contacts, courses, webinars, live events, support channels, payments, and related operations. The Service includes integrations with third-party platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, payment processors, and email providers) that you may choose to connect.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
• You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.
• You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

Your use of those third-party services is subject to their own terms. Stapilo is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or behavior of third-party services.

6. Subscription and Payment

• Some features of the Service are offered on a paid subscription basis.
• Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law.
• You authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge your selected payment method for recurring fees until you cancel.
• We may change subscription pricing with reasonable advance notice.

7. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you upload to the Service. By using the Service, you grant Stapilo a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, and display your content solely to provide the Service to you. The Stapilo platform, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Stapilo and protected by intellectual property laws.

8. Termination

• You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
• We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that creates risk for us or other users.
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive (such as ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive termination.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stapilo and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the competent courts of Tbilisi, Georgia.
