Stapilo Screen

Record your screen with your camera and your voice, choose the layout after the take, and send it with a link on your own business's address — straight from your menu bar.

It tells you when a new version is out.

Record, arrange, share

One press to record

From the menu bar or a shortcut: the screen, the sound your Mac plays, your microphone and your camera — each one on or off.

The layout after the take

Camera in a bubble, side by side, stacked for vertical video, presenter or framed on a background — decided when you see the recording, not before.

Shared from your business

Upload to the business you choose and the link is copied: anyone opens it on your own address, in your look, without signing in.

Yours on your Mac too

Every recording is also an ordinary file in the folder you pick. A crash never takes the take with it.

Get started in four steps

  1. Download Stapilo Screen and drag it into Applications.
  2. Open it. It lives in the menu bar, top right. Press Start recording: macOS asks once to allow screen recording, then the camera and the microphone.
  3. Sign in with your Stapilo account in its panel, and choose all your businesses or only some.
  4. Record, then upload. Pick where it goes with “Record to”; the link is on your clipboard when it is done.

After allowing screen recording, macOS asks you to quit and reopen the app once. Every recording also stays in Create → Screen recordings in Stapilo.
